License grant
DFWAI grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Life Control Center (DLCC) for the purchaser's personal and household organization on devices the purchaser owns or controls. Household members may use an installed copy with the purchaser's permission. The purchaser may keep reasonable personal backup copies of the delivered files.
Restrictions
Except as applicable law permits, the purchaser may not redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, publish, publicly host, or give the product files to another person; remove or misrepresent DFWAI branding or ownership notices; claim ownership; or copy, modify, distribute, or create a derivative product from DFWAI's protected code or materials. Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses included with the product.
Authorized information only
Only record account information that you are authorized to manage. DLCC is an organization system, not a password manager. Never enter account passwords, PINs, MFA codes, backup codes, recovery codes, security answers, or full account numbers in account records or notes. Secret-information reminders cannot detect every secret.
Local information, encryption, and backups
Account details, Quick Notes, and other DLCC collection information are stored locally in encrypted browser storage. DLCC does not transmit the collection to DFWAI, Shopify, or an account-data cloud service. Loading the hosted application can separately provide ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to the hosting provider. Storefront, checkout, analytics, and support information are governed by DFWAI's Privacy Policy.
Encryption reduces exposure while the collection is locked. It does not protect information while DLCC is unlocked or from a person who controls the device, browser profile, unlock password, or backup.
Deleting site data, resetting or removing the browser, or losing the device can remove saved information. An installed icon does not protect browser storage. DLCC does not automatically sync device copies. Keep encrypted backups outside browser storage and remember the password. Forgotten passwords cannot be recovered. Never send a DLCC password or backup to DFWAI support.
Score and product limits
The Digital Account Score measures how completely selected account details have been recorded. It is not a security score, a complete-inventory guarantee, a security certification, or monitoring of outside accounts. DFWAI does not promise compatibility with every browser, operating system, device, or assistive technology; uninterrupted or error-free operation; recovery of deleted browser data or forgotten passwords; automatic synchronization; or monitoring of outside accounts.
Delivered version and updates
The purchase includes RC11 as delivered on the purchase date. It does not promise perpetual feature releases. DFWAI may provide maintenance, compatibility, or feature updates at its discretion. Future versions may be offered separately unless DFWAI expressly states otherwise.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except for express promises on the applicable product page and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, DLCC and its included materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFWAI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFWAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from DLCC or its included materials. DFWAI's aggregate liability for a claim concerning DLCC will not exceed the amount paid for DLCC. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or liability that applicable law does not permit DFWAI to limit.
