Return and Refund Policy

Done Faster With AI currently sells digital products and downloadable resources.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed shortly after checkout, all digital product sales are generally final once the download link or digital access has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, receive the wrong file, or believe there was a duplicate purchase or billing error, please contact us at hello@donefasterwithai.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement download link, correct file, store credit, or refund.

Free digital downloads are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refund.

We do not accept physical returns because our current products are digital downloads only.

For approved refunds, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
