Return and Refund Policy

Done Faster With AI sells digital downloads and custom services.

Digital downloads

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed shortly after checkout, all digital product sales are generally final once the download link or digital access has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, receive the wrong file, or believe there was a duplicate purchase or billing error, please contact us at hello@donefasterwithai.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement download link, correct file, store credit, or refund.

Free digital downloads are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refund.

We do not accept physical returns because our products and services are delivered digitally.

For approved refunds, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a delivered file is defective or materially different from the product description, contact hello@donefasterwithai.com so Done Faster With AI can provide a corrected file or another remedy required by law.

Custom services

For AI Prompt & Workflow Rescue and Property Management Process SOP, you may cancel for a full refund before work begins. If we determine before starting work that your request is outside the purchased service’s scope, we will cancel the service and issue a full refund.

After work begins, contact hello@donefasterwithai.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review cancellation and refund requests individually based on work completed and any failure to meet the published description. Each service includes one revision within the original scope. This revision provision does not limit remedies required by applicable law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The instant-download final-sale provisions do not apply to these custom services. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
