Digital downloads

Digital downloads are delivered electronically after checkout through the email address provided at purchase and/or through the download link made available after checkout.

We do not ship physical products at this time. No physical shipping, carrier delivery, or return shipping applies to our current digital products.

If you do not receive your download link or have trouble accessing your digital product, please contact us at hello@donefasterwithai.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Custom service delivery

AI Prompt & Workflow Rescue and Property Management Process SOP are custom services delivered digitally by email, not instant downloads. After purchasing, email hello@donefasterwithai.com with your order number and the requirements listed on the product page. Send sample or redacted information only; do not send credentials or sensitive personal or business information.

The delivery period begins when complete requirements are received: 4 calendar days for AI Prompt & Workflow Rescue and 5 calendar days for Property Management Process SOP. We review scope and clarify missing requirements by email. No physical shipment or account access is required. Each service includes one revision within the original scope as described on its product page.
